5. Shipping
BaitBox currently ships within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, BaitBox is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds or replacements are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to approval.
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Processing may begin immediately after purchase.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting BaitBox support may be considered fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to submit order confirmation, tracking details, delivery confirmation, and communication records to payment processors and to restrict future purchases from customers who abuse chargebacks.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding elements, product descriptions, images, and site design, is the property of BaitBox or is used with permission from suppliers or licensors.
